Hi everyone, I have a room available starting the first week of April. My current roommate is moving back home. It is a 3 bedroom home one bath with a backyard. It is located in the College Park area. Rent is $987.50 plus utilities roughly $150 split between us. I am a UCF student so I would prefer someone who is also school focused or has a full time job.
