The house is very close to two parks: Prospect Park and Fruitdale Park, which is a great perk for someone who enjoys walking, nature, and being outdoors. For someone who enjoys skiing, the main ski resorts are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours away, depending on traffic and weather.
