Large room 50inch tv Netflix access

Large room available with bed, fireplace, nightstand, 50in tv (netflix, peacock) and mirror. you have access to wash and dryer in garage, living room, bathroom, kitchen and backyard. no smoking, negotiable with pets. i cook periodically you are welcome to it if you love a home cooked meal as well. guests are welcome, just not after 10pm as well as no loud noises. I hope you don’t mind kids, i have a 7 year old son he’ll probably try to be your friend. he’s with me lightly throughout the week.
