Lease Takeover: Private Bed & Bath

Heyy yall! I’m looking for anyone interested in taking over my contract lease for a fully furnished apartment in the Fieldstone Artisan Graduate building (on UMass Amherst campus), from mid-May to July 31st, 2026 with an option to renew the lease. My roommate is also in the process of looking for new housing, so anyone interested will most likely have the entire apartment to themselves for that time period!

The utilities are included in the rent, and there’s also a washer/dryer laundry in the unit, in addition to it being located on campus, which is convenient for any work/or lab work anyone might have to do!

Here are some more details:

Rent: $1754/month (utilities, electricity included & free UMass wifi)

Commute: located on campus!

Other amenities: private bedroom/bathroom, in-unit laundry, fully furnished apartment, study lounges included throughout the building, nice garden/seating area located outside the building, 24/7 fitness center, etc.
