A bedroom is available featuring a private toilet, shower, and bathroom, along with a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning, and heating. The laundry and kitchen are shared. It’s in a quiet part of Mickleham, just 5 minutes from Merrifield shops and 10 minutes from Donnybrook Station, with gyms and a winery close by. You’ll be sharing with me and my two small dogs. I work full-time days a week and keep a fairly quiet lifestyle. Minimum stay is 6 months, and I can provide a bed with bedding, a tallboy, and two bedside tables if needed.
