*Available June 1st, but flexible. 1 Bedroom plus 2nd room(office/living space) and a private bath. Some basement and garage storage is available as well. I would prefer to only have 1 renter at a time to allow them the private bath rather than sharing. Open to another friendly dog, sorry no cats, I am allergic Cleaning fee/deposit and monthly rent are negotiable depending on length of stay. Rent is based on 1 person, 1 year lease, no pets. Willing to rent 1 room and bath if needed and discuss pricing.
