I'm looking for a subleaser for ASAP-June. The yellows on 1021 Cliff Drive, a 2-minute walk from SBCC. Shared large suite room with bathroom and closet + storage closet, 1100/month before utilities, co-ed household, laundry room in the building for tenants to use.
