I’m looking for someone to rent the master bedroom. It's located in a great area less than a mile from the ocean. The apartment is on the top floor and faces the ocean, so you get a great view and plenty of natural light. It’s a really nice community with a gated entrance, security guard, pool, and gym, and the overall atmosphere here is great with a lot of younger professionals living in the complex.
The master bedroom is large and fully furnished, and it includes a huge walk-in closet and a 65-inch TV. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished, including the living room and kitchen. The living room has a 100-inch TV, and everything is set up and ready to use. Of course, you’re welcome to bring additional furniture or personal items if you’d like.
We would share the bathroom, as well as the kitchen and living room. The apartment also has an in-unit washer and dryer, which makes things very convenient.
The layout is a little unique. The apartment has a large den, which I use as my office and sleeping space, and that’s where I stay. I work from home about three days per week, and the other two days I commute to my office in Jupiter, Florida, where I work as an engineer designing smart home systems. I keep most of my personal setup in the den, so the master bedroom is fully yours.
I’m 40 years old, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. I keep the place clean and relaxed, and I’m looking for someone who is [REDACTED] with.
The lease currently has about a year remaining, but it can be renewed, and I’m flexible with arrangements. If someone wants to stay longer, that’s totally fine. I’m also open to month-to-month if that works better. I’m mainly looking for someone to help share the space over the next 12–18 months while I plan to purchase a home.
