The roomies must be tidy and respectful of shared spaces- full kitchen, laundry room, general living areas, and outside spaces including patio with fire pit and fenced in back yard. Both rooms available are for 1 person only. No exceptions. No pets are allowed at this time.
Must be okay with the owners 3 dogs - all Shelties less than 25 pounds each and extremely friendly.
No drugs and outside smoking only.
