Nestled in the rolling hills of Gerstle Park is a sweet little home on a quiet street. This is a 1,000 sq ft house on a 6,000 sq ft flat lot. It includes one bedroom with a 3/4 refrigerator in the room. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Two people are able to dwell comfortably as well as independently. The backyard is nicely furnished with fruit trees and umbrellas providing shade. The basement has a washer and dryer along and a half bathroom. I always enter the house through the kitchen.
