Looking for Roommate

Hello, I am looking for someone to replace my current roommate who is moving into his own place. He needed more room but I like my current location. Rent is 1400 per person. We are close to both the Belmont L (Red, Purple, Brown) station and the Wellington (Purple/Brown) stop, as well as Mariano's and Target for groceries. We are a 10 minute walk from the lake and there are tons of restaurants and things to do close by. There is a big kitchen with lots of space, dishwasher, in building laundry, workout room and bike storage, and very responsive maintenance. I live in lakeview, with a furnished apartment (not including your bedroom) and my cat, Mew, who will be a year old in May! All of my cats' materials are in my room (litter box, food, etc) but I would appreciate the help to feed her if I am ever out of town for more than a day. I work full time during the year, including some weekends, but I work part time in the summers since my full time job is at a school. I work in the office so I will usually be out for most of the day during the year. I am clean, keep to myself, but can be good in conversation if you like to chat. I am currently a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and I go to the gym 3-5 times a week in the evenings. When I'm home, you will usually find me gaming in the living room or building Legos (I work for Lego in the summers). We will get along if you are also clean, good with cats, are ok with shared spaces like living room, kitchen, and bathroom, and rent is paid on time. Bonus if you also like Lego, MTG, BJJ, or play an instrument. Logistically, I already pay for electricity and gas, but Internet will need to be handled by you (I can help set it up; ownership transfer from my previous roommate).
