Roommate needed for ba unit

Hi, my name is Grace. I am a -year old female looking for a month-to-month roommate in the Platt Park/Harvard Gulch neighborhood. The monthly rent is $ and the room is available early-mid April.

My dog Max and I have lived in this unit since and am planning to move to LA by the end of the year. There are two rooms available, either perfect for a WFH office or guest room. Unit is owned by a private landlord- he is amazing and always responds quickly!

In-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and garage included in monthly rent. Utilities range from $ (higher in winter).

Neighborhood is highly walkable and the Platt Park farmer's market a few blocks away. I'm a fairly laid back roommate- I prefer to keep the space clean and tidy. I do have a small chihuahua-terrier mix that can be a bit barky- but he makes up for it in cuddles! He loves people and children.
