Ideally, I am looking for someone to move in starting in April. The sublet would be from April to June, with a minimum stay of one month and up to three months. Since I am looking for someone very urgently, I would contribute $200 per month toward the rent. Details: Rent: $1,400 per month (minus my $200: $1,200)
