ISO roommate bath house

Hello, I'm a year old female in search of a roommate. I currently rent a house in downtown Sandusky that has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, with a full basement and attic.
You would have your own bedroom, access to the whole house aside from my room and are welcome to use the basement and third bedroom for storage. Utilities would be split . There is a fenced in yard behind the house along with a front porch.
I have a therapy dog for PTSD and a cat. I would be okay with whoever moves in having 1 dog or one cat.
I work 2 part time jobs and keep to myself for the most part. Rent would be $/month then there is a $ security deposit, $ if you have a pet.
