Preferred Female

Looking for one roommate preferably a female around as there are 3 females in that age category currently living there. There’s bathrooms. You would have an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Laundry and etc all on sight. Looking for someone that’s cleanly, can pay rent on time, and NO DRUGS. It is a smoke free home (besides vape). 1 ESA yellow lab and 1 ESA cat. Not looking for any more pets. Rent is + utilities. Big fenced in back yard and 2 car garage.
