Bedroom and desk and chair. Please do not bring any additional furniture or stuff. We have everything. And we like minimalistic people. Looking for someday who can keep the place clean and organized. No dishes laying in the sink. Common spaces are really important for us. No lease you can leave any time. Security deposit required though
