Private bedroom available in a clean, well-maintained apartment with in-unit laundry and dishwasher. Preferably seeking a travel nurse or mature, professional female roommate. Parking rent can be negotiated as lease holder is not a driver.

All utilities are currently covered by the primary leaseholder.

The current resident is a responsible dog owner. Applicants must be comfortable living with a trained ESA dog and a puppy.

What the Roommate Should Be Responsible For
• Bedroom furniture (if planning long term stay). Futon can be purchased for 3 month travel contract holders.
• Personal toiletries and household supplies
• Rent paid on time ($mo and due 1st of the month)
• Security deposit
• Background check
• Proof of employment or travel assignment contract
• Renter’s insurance
