The lease will start month-to-month for the first month. With the option to sign 6 months to a year lease after the first month.

Laundry is located downstairs. Equipped with working HVAC. Monthly cleaning by cleaning crews in the common areas, with no extra charge. Street parking is available, and driveway parking is available for an additional cost. All utilities will be split amongst housemates (up to 5 ways). Utilities include gas, water/sewer, AT&T Fiber internet, garbage, and electric. A security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure the spot. First month rent due on move-in.
