Hello! I am currently looking for someone to take over my lease for August at The Lark Sacramento. The unit is a bath. They’re 3 occupants all with their own bedroom and bathroom as well as walk in closet. The unit has a balcony and is also on the top floor ( no loud walking neighbors! ) Unit comes fully furnished with a couch, tv, dining & living room table with chairs. Rooms are furnished with a full sized bed, desk, chair , and dresser. As well as in unit washer & dryer. The lark is also pet friendly with a dog park and other amenities like a gym and pool!
