Female Roommate

Hello!

My name is Missy, and I’m looking for a temporary female roommate. You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom in a bath home, with only one live-in occupant—myself. The room is furnished with a comfortable bed and a bench. A TV can be added upon request. You’ll have full access to the living room, kitchen, washer and dryer, and backyard.

I’m seeking an employed, clean, responsible female, with no pets. Utilities are negotiable—they can either be included in the rent or paid separately. I’m flexible.
A written agreement/contract will be provided for both parties to ensure clarity and mutual understanding. You are welcome to come and go freely, as this will be your home for the designated timeframe. For safety reasons, overnight guests would need to be discussed in advance.
