Sublease at Hub Orlando by UCF

I am currently looking for someone to sublet my room in a apartment at Hub Orlando, starting mid-May- July th! May rent will be paid, I will cover utilities for the additional 2 months, as well as any subletting fees. You would only be responsible for the June and July base rent. (). I have bedroom A (the master bedroom) in the balcony floor plan. Rent is a month, and the apartment has a view of the main courtyard. It takes minutes to get to the UCF main campus, and you can take backroads the whole time. The complex is also located at the beginning of the expressway, which makes it incredibly easy to get to downtown Orlando, as well as attractions such as Disney and Universal. The apartment is fully furnished with a bed frame and mattress, desk and chair, and dressers. The master bathroom has 3 cabinets with plenty of storage space. The living room is fully furnished as well, with a couch, TV, coffee table, and bar stools for the island. There are 2 other girls (sophomores) who currently live in the apartment, and will be gone for most of the summer as well. If you know someone else who wants to move in early for the summer, one of them is looking into subletting too.
