Hi! I am looking for a girl to take over my lease at The Easton (previously The Retreat). It is a large townhouse with 3 other girls who are super friendly and easy to live with. The room is unfurnished, but you have your own bathroom and a large walk-in closet. Rent is $ plus utilities. I am looking for someone to take over right now until August, with the chance to resign for next year. The clubhouse has a gym, sauna, hot tub, pool, and golf simulator.
