Short-term sublease || Burien

Move-in: ASAP, first rent is Feb 1st

Hey, my name is Angel and my current roommate moved out, and we were looking for someone to replace him on the lease. Everything but the room is furnished and I am totally okay with sharing my things. Lease ends May fourteen!

The apartment has an in-unit washer & dryer and a gym in the apartment complex. It's located about fifteen minutes from Southcenter, West Seattle and Downtown Seattle. Right next to highway- so access to I-5 isn't too bad. The apartment is one and a half bathrooms which means that we'd share the shower however there's a separate toilet and sink and there's a sliding door between the bathrooms. Also, parking is included as long as it's not covered parking and for covered parking it's dollars.

Generally looking for a roommate who can communicate and around my age. I'm not home a lot because I work full-time and go to school full-time as well. I try to keep the apartment pretty clean, and I am usually pretty quiet in my room when I am home. We don't have to be friends, but I wouldn't want to be strangers. Gender doesn't matter. I put a full-sized mattress for reference in the picture, but I can get rid of it before you move in.
