Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease in a ba

I live at Millennium Apartments in Fort Myers, about a minute drive from FGCU. The unit includes a private bedroom and private bathroom, shared with two lovely roommates.



Base rent is $ per month, which includes your portion of the $ resident package. The room will be unfurnished, and I will be taking all of my belongings from the common areas when I move out.



Additional monthly costs outside of rent include utilities (water and sewer), electricity, Xfinity 1Gb Wi-Fi, and renters insurance (billed quarterly).



On average, total monthly expenses come out to around $.
