AFUN/PROFESSIONAL/STABLE ROOM/MATE?

I’m clean. Healthcare professional job. Not interested in roommates with a criminal history of any kind due to my job. I don’t care if you smoke or drink as long as you aren’t an alcoholic or a pothead. Moderation in everything is a gift haha. I have 2 dogs that are my life and my priority. I can afford a place on my own but looking to make relationships as I’ll be mjles away from home and by myself. I’m an ambivert. I prefer to keep to myself and in the evenings I have a social battery of about hrs before i just want to go cuddle my dogs. I do work hybrid and % of my work will be at home. Looking for someone with a stable and potentially similar backgrounds as me and references that can vouch for them as a solid roommate. Originally from Florida then moved to Colorado a few years ago. Next chapter is Wyoming. I prefer mountains, dogs, and campfires over people every day. I love to banter just as i know when to be serious. No overnight guests on my part. If you have any, i don’t mind, with moderation though. (Not having a gf stay over for 3 weeks straight is an example) lol. Respect. Common sense. Communication. Love for animals and respect for the earth is all highly valued in my home.
