Seeking for a housemate

Hi! I’m a -year-old male, a young professional just starting off my career, and I’m moving to Lebanon, NH area for work. I’m looking for housing starting late January to mid-February.

I’m hoping to live with grad/undergrad students or other professionals in a clean, respectful, and comfortable shared living environment. Ideally, the place would be walkable to transit or easily accessible.

I’m open to either:

Leasing a place together, or

Subleasing / joining someone who already has housing

I’m currently planning to sign a 2-bedroom apartment in the $ range, which would come to about $ per person per month if split. I’m flexible and easy-going and happy to adjust based on what works best for everyone.

About me: respectful, clean, non-smoker, no pets, and I value a peaceful home environment. I’m responsible with rent and utilities and easy to communicate with.
