Female Roommate Wanted

Hello! I’m looking to find another female roommate that can do half-rent plus electric/water, everything else is included in the rent. I live next to the airport and the apartment comes with a nice private gym and a year-round pool. There’s also fire pits and grills around the lake as well. The room is the second bedroom of a 3 bedroom apartment and is the biggest of the 3. Comes with a large walk-in closet and attaches to the bathroom, so far no one lives in the third bedroom except the two cats I have. I’ve just recently moved in myself so the apartment is pretty bare so you’re more than welcome to bring your own furnishings and I can even help you move
if needed. Photos are from online as someone is staying in the room for the meantime.
