I have one lovely room available in a town home at the Outpost here in Fort Collins. Student friendly but not required. Two other bedrooms with separate bath. Half bath downstairs as well as laundry. Spacious kitchen and living room. Gym and pool on property! Shuttle to campus. Pet friendly :)
