Temporary, low-budget rooms

I would be moving in around mid-February. I want to be closer to San Diego, CA while I finish out the remainder of school. I would be living there until maybe May or June. I understand this is a short term stay and due to that, my budget will be lower. I want to stay below $. However, I can guarantee you that my payments are always on time. I am a clean freak, I don't drink or smoke, and I don't plan to use the residence as a place to bring guests over. This will primarily be a place for me to sleep and finish the work I need completed for school.
