Our tiny house in City Heights is available again! We're located near the corner of Euclid & University Ave. The space is a tiny studio perfect for someone who likes to live very minimalistically and enjoys nature. Fully furnished with full sized bed, desk, mini fridge, induction burner, outdoor covered sink area that connects to a bathroom with composting toilet and shower. Rent is $/mo and includes ALL utilities, internet and laundry on-, and an infrared sauna. Street parking only. No animals, no couples, single occupant only (truly there is simply not space for two people's clothing and belongings, or space for an animal to play). The space is cozy and in the canyon behind our home. Requires a steep flight of stairs to get down into the canyon. Garden space available if you want to garden.
