Roomate Wanted!

I have a large double room in my upstairs available for rent. It is separate by a half wall. The room is furnished with bed, tv, dresser, and couch. The room has its own heat/air unit in it. It is very quiet and separated from most of the house. There is a private bathroom right outside the room. There is a large kitchen, dining room, and laundry room that would be shared with one other person, me. WIFI and utilities are included. There is a large front and back yard, in a quiet neighborhood.
