4 plex townhouse with wash house attached and plenty of parking. Near shopping, public transportation, laundry mats and libraries. Currently occupied by my current roommate, but pics of when the room was empty. Room has a bed, tv and dresser that can all be removed upon request. I am looking for a female adult roommate with full time employment. No exceptions on the employment. adult, no couples, no pets and no children.
