Large bedroom available in a three bedroom apartment in temecula, walking distance from the promenade mall. Close to a dog park and its a really nice area. In unit washer/dryer, kitchen access (as long as you clean up after your meals) quiet apartment. I have a small dog and a cat, must be okay with that. Pets okay as long as they dont make messes and will get along with my pets. Its extra $ for utilities. You will share a bathroom when i rent out the other room, for now its just me. Looking for someone quiet, respectful and with a steady income. Will ask for a reference to make sure you would be a good fit. Looking for a male or female roommate.
