Hi, my name is Jordain. I am teacher and coach looking for a roommate! I live in a 3 bed room one bath triplex in Seattle (Ballard/Crown Hill area!). You can pick of the two rooms available (both photographed). The other will be open for use to decide what to do with. Decent parking, shares backyard with garden space and plum trees. The neighbors are chill and the landlord is nice. In unit washer and dryer. Close to public transportation. I really love living here. Lease take over starts Feburary 1st (you may be able to move in early) and our lease can be upped in June if we decide we want to stay!
