The property is located in the historic Riverland Terrace neighborhood. There is a gorgeous avenue of oaks well over years old right around the corner. This is a great neighborhood to walk or bike in. The Intracoastal Waterway and the Stono River boarder the neighborhood. Beautiful sunsets can be found just across the street. The house is minutes to downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. This is a premier area of Charleston. Bordering the neighborhood is Terrace Plaza which is home to an art-house theater (wine or beer available for purchase to take into the movie ), upscale women's salon, flower market/gift store, nail salon, several restaurants and nightlife.
The property has both a front porch and a screened in breezeway and a large fenced in backyard with a seating area and a firepit. The washer and dryer are located in the garage.
You will have a 2nd floor loft of the home w/ a shared entrance. Avery large room ( sq. ft.) with a sitting area, dining area, office area with a desk and a double size bed and a full bath. Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer provided. There is comfortable sitting area with a couch and large coffee table, a ” flat screened wall mounted TV. You will have access to the downstairs kitchen, washer & dryer and backyard.
The room is centrally heated and aired with an air conditioner in the window. $/mo. includes all utilities, pest control, and landscaping. Fully refundable deposit required. Trust that I really want to give it back, and almost always have, b/c that means the renter didn’t leave me any damages. Woohoo!
