Bedroom available January 1st

Currently in a 2 bedroom for a month (that means if its split with just one other person thats for both of us) and I have a bedroom for rent by the Sehome Village Haagens area! (Literally just down the hill from the high school)
Available January 1st. Super last minute because the person I had set up is backing out due to personal reasons.

The place is typically cleaner than it looks just the current roommate moving out.

About me: year old trans woman, who is straddling that line between homebody and someone who loves hosting, big into board games and ttrpgs (when I have time for them) pictures were taken today, excuse the mess as there is still someone moving out. Substitute teacher for work.
