*Looking for a clean, considerate,responsible, and easygoing housemate to join our quiet home in a safe Mt. Scott/Happy Valley neighborhood. *Groceries, restaurants, bars and parks close by. Great walking or biking. The house is located on a peaceful cul-de-sac on Mt. Scott, with plenty of safe street parking right out front and easy access to the MAX and Bus.
*Ideal for someone who works from home or values a quiet, comfortable environment with plenty of natural lights.

About the space:
• baths furnished home except for your bedroom (you’d have one upstairs bedroom + your own bathroom + access to a den that can be used as an office or creative workspace). The other upstairs bedroom I use for guests if you need 2 rooms, I can rent it to you too.

• I have my own fridge in my room and I don’t really cook. I also work hrs a week or so and hardly home. So the kitchen, living room is almost all yours.

. Laundry room with full-sized washer & dryer.
. Garage with tons of storages.
