Hi! I’m looking for a furnished room to rent starting at the first of January. I work from home and need reliable heating and cooling, as well as a fully functioning living space. I offer meditation sessions over the phone, so a quiet environment during my work hours is essential.
My work hours are Monday–Thursday pm. I would prefer a location close to W Peoria and N 7th Avenue, if possible.
