A private room is available in HB Fountain Valley area, within a gated community with a swimming pool and balcony.
There will be a total of 3 people in the house.
I am looking for a compatible, tidy, and organized roommate who does not use drugs or alcohol.
All furniture and king-size beds are brand new, including all the items in the private room.
Bills, private parking, a large screen TV, internet, and PlayStation are all included.
