Room for rent. Female only please

I have a room available for females only. Please no kids or pets. The rent is $ which includes WiFi & utilities. The rear patio has a great view of the lake. This is a gated community with Marta stop right in front of complex. There’s a public laundry station on . Pool & grill available. I’m a social drinker & smoker but I do ask to smoke outside. I like fresh smells in house. I don’t like when everything smells like smoke! I’m not from Georgia so I don’t have many friends especially coming over. Please respond if interested in meeting & viewing room. Thanks in advance
