The part of the unit that’s for rent amounts to app. of the units square feet and is principally shared with only one other roommate, a female in her early s, as the master bedroom I live in is fully contained and laundry is the only thing that I share with tenants. There is a shared bathroom with the other roommate and the place is move in ready. Lease terms are month to month and there is a $ security deposit required. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
