• Spacious and cozy private bedroom on the second floor, with 2 closets and a window nook that fits a desk and chair. The room is furnished as pictured.
• Bathroom next to your room and shared with one other clean and tidy roommate.
• Full access to a well-equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and dryer. Cabinet and fridge space reserved for your use.
• Parking available in the driveway or in front of the house on our quiet and safe dead-end street.

Ideal Roommate:
• Employed full-time or Student (Day shift preferred)
• Prefers a calm, quiet and stress-free home
• Non-smoker; no pets or children
• Keeps shared and personal spaces tidy
