Looking for a respectful and easygoing roommate for my modern, newly built apartment near the Sterling Heights border, close to Mile. The building has great amenities including a gym, pool, clubhouse, and secure parking.

I don’t smoke or drink, but I fully respect anyone who does as long as it’s done respectfully. I work in music and have a very busy schedule, so I’m usually home only hours a day. The home is kept clean, quiet, and peaceful. Utilities are low, around $ total.
