Hi! I’m renting a private room with a private bathroom starting February 1st in a peaceful and friendly South Bay area (near Del Amo Mall). Rent is $ for deposit, High-speed Internet is included, and electricity is shared separately.

The apartment has a comfortable living space, full kitchen access, tiled floors, and a relaxed vibe. The building also has a pool, and you’ll get your own assigned parking spot.

I have two friendly cats, so this place is perfect if you like animals (or at least don’t mind them!). They mostly keep to themselves but love a calm home.

Location:
Very close to Del Amo Mall — just 5 minutes away. Near restaurants, grocery stores, gyms, freeways, and public transportation. Super convenient and safe area.

Looking for:
Someone respectful, clean, easy-going, and drama-free. No parties. Occasional guests are totally fine with communication.

Move-in available February 1st.
