Roommate Wanted!

Looking for a responsible roommate for a room I will have available starting January, . Rent includes utilities, part of the HOA and the space. Own room with own full bathroom. You will have a car space in a full garage. I have cat so much be okay with pets but do not want to add any new ones.
Very local to many things! I did not include picture of room as current tenant still has belongings in there and want to respect her privacy. No pets, no kids.
