Hi everyone! Posting because I have one (possibly two) great rooms opening up in my apartment on Park Ave & rd. If you’re looking for a clean, bright, central place with great vibes — this might be perfect.

Large room with great light available in a clean, quiet Park Ave South. The apartment has an oversized living room, a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, and furnished common areas.

Building has a doorman, elevators, laundry, gym, roof deck, and a package room.

Location is Park Ave & rd—steps to the 6 train and a short walk to N/R/W, Union Square, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Eataly, and Madison Square Park.

I’m the leaseholder but rarely in NYC (mostly FL/CT). Looking for someone clean, responsible, stable income, and low-key. No heavy party energy.
