we are clean, fun, and like to have guests over.

bathroom would be shared between bedroom (female)

one male in unit in bedroom 1 with own bathroom

one dog (miniature dachshund) in the unit, but we are not open to adding more pets. perfect for someone who wants a dog but doesn’t want the responsibility.

room is not furnished, but we do have a temporary foldable foam mattress that may be used.

amenities: in unit washer and dryer, coworking space, fully equipped fitness center, outdoor courtyards, pool, lounge, club room, parking garage

location: luminary park outside, minute walk to orange ave downtown, minute walk to lynx bus station and sunrail, minute walk to kia center, 5 minute drive to mills minute drive to winter park

utilities: split 3 ways (we are energy savers- lights off and routines!)
