Hi! I'm a busy mom with a spare room available in my relaxed apartment and I'm looking for a friendly, respectful person to share the space.
About the Room & Amenities:
1 bedroom with a guest bathroom. It currently has a twin-sized bed.
Included in the Rent:
• All utilities (water, electricity, etc.)
• Wi-Fi
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Access to all apartment amenities
Apartment Perks:
We have a nice balcony that's great for sitting out. The complex also has a gym and two pools that are open during the summer months.
A Note on the Vibe:
I keep a pretty laid-back home. My schedule is usually pretty busy, but I'm always up for a friendly chat. Also, I have one cat, so you should definitely not be allergic!
Who I’m Looking For
The ideal roommate is someone who is clean, respectful of shared spaces and noise levels, and generally friendly. I’m looking for someone who can easily feel at home here and keep things drama-free.
