Spring Sublease

Official sublease: December or January - September
WestRidge Flats -bathroom, one secondary bedroom available for sublease
Rent: $ per month + internet and electricity (shared, approximately $ per month)
Appliances: Washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, induction cooker
Both roommates are male Purdue PhD students, quiet, regular, respectful of common areas, non-drinking, non-smoking, and no parties.
Location: Elite Lane, Apt Westridge Flats. Approximately -minute drive to the university, 2-minute walk to the bus stop right outside the complex.
Dining & Shopping: Meijer Walmart, Hana Market, Shu Ge, etc. within a 3-minute drive.
The room layout is exactly the same as in the picture, except that it doesn't have the furniture shown in the picture. BUT
**I will give you all the furniture for free with the sublease If you are willing — desk, ergonomic chair, beside table, queen-size bed, and mattress.**
