House is newly renovated inside and out, renter will have access to all community areas, including large backyard with 6-person hot tub and fireplace. This beautiful neighborhood is right next to Silver Comet Trail and 1-minute from North Cooper Lake Park in Smyrna. Ideally looking for a February move in, but can negotiate something sooner.
